Depending on the type of the game you play, this hand will be created through different methods, but it will always contain 5 cards.

Poker Winning Card Combinations
- Royal Flush - This is a combination of cards from 10 to A, with each card being of the same type.
- Straight Flush - This is a straight (consecutive) of any cards from the same suit.
- Four of a Kind - This is a combination of cards in which four cards have the same rank. The fifth card can be any other card, and if two or more players have also a "Four of a Kind", then the one with the highest valued fifth card wins.
- Full House - In this card combination three cards are of the same rank, but also the remaining two cards must be of the same rank, as well.
- Flush - In this poker hand all five cards must be of the same suit. The value of the strongest card will determine who wins, if more people have a flush at the end of the game.
- Straight - It's a combination of five consecutive cards of any value. Note that the aces can have either a low or high value, depending on the situation.
- Three of a Kind - A combination of poker cards, where three cards are of the same value. The type of the cards doesn't matters.
- Two Pair - In this combination two cards must have the same value, and two another cards must also have the same value, but a different value than the first pair.
- One Pair - One pair of cards with the same value.
- High Card - A random sequence of cards that do not form one of the combinations described above.
