Famous online sports betting, casino and poker operator bet365 has announced that it extended its sponsorship agreement with the United Kingdom based Old Newton Cup and Lancashire Oaks races that will be organized at the Haydock Park Racecourse.

bet365 has been an old sponsor of the racing events offering financial support to the organizers in the exchange of advertisement rights. Both parties were extremely satisfied with the collaboration and for this reason they decided to renew their sponsorship deal for three additional years.

Due to the new deal, Haydock Park will now finally be able to increase the prize money on its most famous races the Old Newton Cup and Lancashire Oaks. Haydock Park already announced that the prize money will be increased this year from the usual £60,000 to a huge sum of £100,000. This year the two races will be organized on July 7th.

Co-CEO of bet365 Denise Coates commented the following:

"We have developed a very strong and commercially valuable relationship with Haydock Park Racecourse through our support of one of the showpiece occasions of the Flat racing season."

"Lancashire Oaks and Old Newton Cup day affords us a high profile in the summer and it is excellent that we have extended our sponsorship for a further three seasons."

Haydock Park's managing director Dickon White explained that without the support of bet365 it would have not been possible to increase the prize money offered at these events. He further went to explain that the Old Newton Cup and the Lancashire Oaks are two of the United Kingdom's most important and famous horse racing events.

bet365 is one of the leading United Kingdom based online and offline sports betting operators. The company also offers online casino games, as well as online poker. It also frequently provides diverse promotions and attractive bonuses to its players.
