Famous online casino, poker and sports betting operator 888.com announced surprisingly great results in Q1 2011.

The company is one of the best ventures of this kind on the market, but this year's results amazed many by toping all previous records and performances.

The numbers did increase both income and player-base wise. But let's analyze them to see exactly what changes happened. The total group revenue made from each site in the network was $75 million. Compared to the $69 million from Q1 2010, this is a 6% increase.

The B2C revenue was $64 million, which is with 7% more than the performance at same period last year. B2B revenue was $11 million and this experienced an increase as well, namely 3%.

But the most amazing number was achieved looking at the amount of active players registered. At the end of March 2011, 888.com reported a record breaking 9.2 million casino, poker and sports betting real money registered customers. This represents a fabulous increase of 21%.

The online gambling group registered 129,000 new active B2C casino users in Q1 2011, which makes up to an increase of 68% compared to 2010. The B2C poker sector had 221,000 active users, which is a 32% increase.

Retiring company CEO Gigi Levy commented the following after announcing the above mentioned data:

"The excellent figures reported today and the ongoing strength in current trading indicate the company is growing and is on the right track towards further success. I feel now is the right time to stand down, leaving the company stable and growing."

He further added:

"I want to thank the board and the shareholders for their support and I also want to send a special thank you to the employees and managers of the company, who worked with me around the clock, believing in the company, its capabilities and prospects. This is an amazing team of people, one of the best I ever worked with, and from whom I have learned a great deal."

888.com is a renowned online gaming business. Their offering includes casino games, poker, sports betting and bingo. For many years they have been providing quality services to a broad range of customers.

These numbers not only prove the capability and professionalism of this venture, but also their dedication to their customers. Obviously without great user satisfaction they wouldn't have achieved such impressive results.
